Opportunities

Looking to get involved? Here are some opportunities that will not only give you experience, but will also look great on your CV.

Volunteering:
Want to get involved in hosting ACS events? We're always glad to have people volunteer to help out!

'Writing for the blog':
If you're interested in writing a blog piece, we would be more than happy to accommodate you! Whether it's a book review, film review, interview, educational or fun piece, we would love to see what you come up with. If you'd like to write something but aren't sure what, don't let that stop you! We can provide you with writing tasks, both creative and non-creative. 'Writing for the blog' also includes having videos, music and artwork posted.

Mentoring Programme:
We would like to get our members actively engaging with each other, talking about their degrees and what they found different or difficult about Uni'Living.

If you are a 1st or 2nd year student who would like to be mentored, in your 2nd or 3rd year student and would be interested in mentoring 1st year students on the same course as you, organising study or 'chill' sessions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Sub Committee:
We're also looking for a couple of people to get involved in event planning and publicity work with our dedicated committee members for those areas this year. If you're interested, once again, just contact us!

Representatives:
We are opening up positions for a representative for each year! This aims to maximise participation within every year in university. The Representatives will be responsible for ensuring that everyone is included in all ACS activities in which they wish to take part, by communicating information to the different years by various means.

So how can I get involved?
For more or any of these opportunities simply fill out the form below and we'll contact you as soon as possible!
