Ain't Nothin' Like 'Flaming Tasty'...

It's English for 'Peri-Peri'. Ahahhh, see what I did there, no? You'll get it...
So, who doesn't like a bit of Nando's chicken? - Why not make it a social?
- Seriously?
- Yeah! Why not?
- SORTED.

Just another one of those trips, simply dedicated to eating chicken. Damn, the things people won't do for their chicken - leaves pretty much nothing. ACS decided to go ahead and book a thirty-seat table at the Exeter Nando's restaurant. Sometimes you do need an excuse to just go eat Nando's chicken. And Exeter Nando's! Thank God for this. I could sing a song about it (Logan Mac knows the deal - if you don't know what I'm referring to, please, I urge you, click the link below). Yes we can all cook chicken, but sometimes you want to go out and eat it, right? There's no Sam's, no Chicken Cottage, no King Rooster or any of those random Chicken Shops in Exe, so truth be told Nando's, and occasionally KFC are our saviours.
Yes, we did just publish a post dedicated to chicken. Typical much?

Yours,

EACS x

No rest for the wicked!

Why? 'Cause we like to partay!

Yes, exams are finally over and don't we know it! Obviously we couldn't ignore this one, this was something not to miss. Everyone's been slaving away over paper, books, computers etc and finally the exam period has come to an end. ACS celebrated with a big bash at Monkey Suit, and for some it was a double celebration.

Initially, I was a bit skeptical about going to the 'End of Exams Party', but decided to go anyway since it was a fellow committee member, then friend’s birthday; a few members were lucky or unlucky enough to have their birthday's fall during exam weeks - but what better way to celebrate than partying it up with the ACS?

DJ Izee came down from Coventry to host the night, did his thing on the 1s and 2s, blew it up and it was (hashtag)LIVE! Just to sum things up, I'll say that it was an enjoyable night full of dancing (and dougie-off - which of course I won =D) - I'm glad I went.

The party was a fantastic way to unwind after exams and it was refreshing to just relax amongst great people and good music. From afrobeats to R&B the place was rocking, and to finish off the night, you know the DJ had to play 'Candy'.

Ain’t no party like an ACS party!
